Hiring a permanent employee is a big commitment. With our temporary to hire program, we’ll place a pre-screened candidate with you for a probationary period. As with any temporary employee, we handle the payroll. At the end of that time, if the fit is good, the employee is yours! If not, we’re happy to provide you with another suitable candidate.

TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT OPTION

There may be circumstances when an employer wishes to change a temporary worker’s contract into a permanent one. It’s important to remember that temporary workers are employed by the agency, so when a client wants to take on a temporary worker full time, the agency will charge a transfer fee – to cover the ‘lost value.’ To avoid paying a transfer fee the client/employer can extend the length of the temporary hire. If the employer chooses this option, no fee is payable upon the completion of this extended period.
